She went on to serve as CFO of a San Francisco property management firm before founding Cultivate Property Services, Inc. Over the course of her career, she has overseen the management of more than 2,600 properties throughout California, giving her a unique understanding of every aspect of property ownership—from acquisition and leasing to long-term investment strategy.

Komen 3-Day, walking 60 miles to raise funds and awareness in the fight against breast cancer.

Monica's passion for service is deeply personal. Born with a rare congenital heart condition that required multiple surgeries, she developed a profound appreciation for resilience, gratitude, and helping others. She continues to support organizations such as Heart to Heart, which provides life-changing care and surgical education for children born with congenital heart defects around the world.

When Monica isn't negotiating contracts or helping clients achieve their real estate goals, you'll often find her volunteering in the community, spending time with family, or mentoring others in the industry.
