About this Nominee
I’m honored to be nominated for “Best of Benicia” and want to express heartfelt thanks to those who thought of me! Benicia has been my home and the heart of my work for many years, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of this small, caring community.
As a therapist, I’ve walked alongside teens, families, and adults through life’s challenges and transformations. My style is relational and collaborative, rooted in the belief that the healing process begins with connection. I see each person as the expert of their own experience, and I’m here to support and explore with you—at your pace, on your path.
