People lover, champion for freedom and mental health warrior supporting individual women reclaiming their relationships with Self. Specialties include relationship trauma, anxious distress, stuck cycles originating from childhood, dissociative symptoms, self-concept difficulties, Somatic EMDR, Havening Techniques (R) and yoga. I've been so blessed to serve the Benicia, Vallejo and surrounding areas of Solano County - since my practicum in 2017 to coming full circle and opening my private practice in Benicia - to support others' healing, freedom and fulfillment...in such a gorgeous location.
